Whether this year will be a good year we’ll have to see, but it can be a Happy New Year - 2021 was Happy for me, and I’ll make 2022 Happy too, as best I can.

2022-01-01, Saturday - HAPPY New 2022! v5 15:50: Itchy skin from the .3g ibu. Trying Wim Hof’s breathing exercise again, about time to get out of this rut!

v2: 10:40 Again after ALA & pycnogenol a sleep break, then a long 3h deep sleep stint (slight GI).
