ACTIONS ➔ PAINS: . The unpleasantness of showering makes me whine & moan a little, tonight quite a bit. Afterwards itchy hurting skin, also at night

Treatments
THERAPIES: Decided/agreed on a longer break from acupressure.
Having sent the a load of bills (since April) to my 2x50% insurances, the first is questioning the ozone injections & the acupressure from Oct-Dec and praps the psychotherapy. Let’s see if I can convince them… But even if I didn’t get all that paid for, it was worth it. And that plus the supps is less than the extra money I got due to being able to work a bit. Plus most of it would be tax deductible.
Supps to CHANGE: Stopping NAC & vit. C to see if it affects the sfx (via DAO), despite the recommendations. Wdnt say it’s better, but that might be the WHB
