2022-01-10, Monday - just: WOW!
- have I cracked it? Or am I crashing it?
19:00 music making & singing & preparing capsules - time for another breath-hold tho!
v6: 18:00 Unexpected success with 5 symptoms… 40’ fast walk with 1 pair of socks less on!
v5: 11:40 Getting on to home acupressure!
v4 02:25 good ideas, but also bad news in jab-summary post
Triggers & resulting Symptoms
SLEEP (click for details): 8h02, up 6x (2h09) (good ideas) ✅, but ➔ Feeling 80 well, Ache 2 of 7 🧐, waking up: 80%/2 🧐 (stuffy nose)

ACTIVITIES (aiming for 40% - well 20% - of pre-fibro) ➔ ACHE: after resting breath-holding ➔ 80%/2 then back ex., didn’t feel need for cold showering yet, so put it off till 14:55, doing a bit of slow careful yardwork. ➔ 80%/2. After using various acupressure points for energy and stiffness ➔ 90%/1, but cold shower ➔ 80%/2 Bathing feet warm, then creaming are making them hot, that’s great. But nausea from the effort and burning skin from the irritation and/or vessels. So acupressure? Yup, this is now proving successful ➔ 90%/1 despite a pretty long (40’) fast walk. ➔ 90%/1. Getting slightly overstrained at 19:30, so need to breath-hold!
ACTIONS ➔ PAINS: 11:10 esophagus block due to many capsules, maybe not drunk enough, then eating ➔ 40%/4. Tried to tough it out, just by massaging and spitting out the saliva, but then the food came up again by itself
Better then for 2-3’, now worse again for 5’, then better. Stopped. What happens if I now drink a lot? No help. Still a slight block. Finding the trick of drinking cola (for “steakhouse syndrome”) I tried fizzy water instead, which first hurt but then actually did help a bit. Here a dreadfully voiced video says any fizz’ll do.

Development:
I seem to be turning from passive - taking things, getting things done to me, to active & mainly physical: breath-holding, acupressure.
BTW whole body cryotherapy improves cytokines, so I bet & experience it similary that cold showers do too…
Bringing me to the search-question: Does acupressure improve cytokines or histamine?
Jab-sfx: stuffy nose in mornings is always hard to improve.
Research-search today: Looking for acupressure points for lungs, energy etc. - never tried acupressure myself, why not… another “hope”!
This is one of the ones I was thinking of under clavicle, next to sternum:
There are several points on the hand: 😤 PUSH HERE AND YOUR LUNGS WILL THANK YOU - Dr Alan Mandell, DC - YouTube, Acupressure Breathing Technique - YouTube and elbow How to improve your breathing with this acupressure point - YouTube or pain, stress energy 3 Common Acupressure Points Everyone Should Know (Pain, Stress, Energy) - YouTube.
Looking for leg weakness after doing some slow yardwork, I can see a lot for sciatica.
Esophagus blocks:
Small swig of coke (praps just the pop?) Steakhouse Syndrome - food caught in esophagus - YouTube
BTW my wife says that it’s dangerous getting the food out again due to the acid - but then I’d have a heartburn or even reflux feeling, which I don’t.
I don’t at the moment believe having a doc look at it once again and I wouldn’t want an operation either.
General video on qi seems inspiring - is it promising too much? Lots, brief. Points, maybe like acupressure points.
OK, can’t get up quickly once again. Why not points for stiffness?
Does acupressure improve cytokines and/or histamine?
Well acupuncture improves cytokines, e.g. Effect of acupuncture on inflammatory cytokines expression of spastic cerebral palsy rats - PubMed I can’t find that much about acupressure at first sight, but generally “inflammation”.
E,g. 7 Best Acupressure Points to Enhance your Immunity
But there’s loads for histamine!!
http://tamietreatment.com/histamine-intolerance, Natural Therapies for Histamine Intolerance & MCAS, 3 Easy Steps To Clear Histamine From Your BodyConners Clinic | Alternative Cancer Coaching,
And I was thinking of looking for acupressure for my congested nose… here’s a study, apparently showing " Ear- acupressure was more effective than herbal medicine, as effective as body acupuncture or antihistamine for short-term effect, but it was more effective than anti- histamine for long-term effect.": Ear-acupressure for allergic rhinitis: a systematic review - PubMed
Got very burning & itchy after showering. This video showed one easy point, the bulge of the elbow (also good for pain & ache) - hasn’t got rid of it completely, but it’s definitely not getting on my nerves any more at the moment: How to find relief from itchiness with acupressure - YouTube
But my tailbone is hurting. Not English this one, but the point between the 3rd & 4th finger is helping quite a bit (getting the pain down from 4 to 2 without doing anything else like changing how I’m sitting): Acupressure Point For Tail Bone Pain - Instant Tail Bone Pain Relief - YouTube
Came home from the long fast walk. first time in ages, with one pair of socks less: no problem, still energy, but wanting to stand to do something, my lower legs started itching from the blood rushing in, so this 3’-exercise helped: How to Improve The Blood Circulation in Your Legs in Just 3 minutes! - YouTube
