(Just thought in the post to Freedom: I spose I’m not lying on the sofa anymore, like a lot in my first year, because it’s harder to type and sitting with the sofa behind or to the side of me is the most comfortable sitting position, better for my back, and also lets me do various stretches.)
I think I’m finding it hard to do the breath-holding, cos I up to now don’t do anything else at the same time - it is sposed to be meditative as well. But maybe I should do both: Once meditative, the other times while watching something that doesn’t take all my attention.
Jab-sfx: again waking at 8:35 stuffy nose & sinuses - not quite as bad as the days before. Why? Is that also histamine?

Famotidine (20 mg-40 mg per day) may be added to the mix. For patients with mild symptoms, EVMS recommends the same combination… [I’ve cut the following part as that has proven unsound. Also zinc of 75mg can be an overdose, I’d also be careful with everything above 30mg and watch for sfx. And not everyone (e.g. me) tolerates melatonin. Famotidine is mainly to decrease stomach acidity. These are similar to the anti-jab-sfx-recommendations. However I’ve found something that seems to challenge vit. C for that and stopping it may be helping me…]

Our pain type (at the moment called nociplastic / idiopathic / centralized by pain docs)
I don’t think I feel the Ache from overdoing it because my Ache threshold is reduced either, as my wife can see the pain in my eyes & face (she says it goes white/grey/green). Altho pain experts would say the pain is real, just that overdoing it is no real trigger for it, so her being able to see it wouldn’t be an argument. Still, I don’t believe there is no real trigger for it, I just think the triggers haven’t been found, because they are elusive and on a hormonal and cellular level, rather than just on a neuro level. So I’m thinking they’ll have to change the definition of the new 3rd category of pain, “nociplastic” = “idiopathic” pain, away from = the “centralized pain” / “central sensitization syndrom” type pain it is described as nowadays. I’m even wondering if “hyperalgesia” (pain-amplfication) and “allodynia” (painful to touch) will be seen differently, because they may/will find triggers for it. I think the 2 traditional pain types, nociceptive (normal injury) and neuropathic (nerve injury) maybe don’t see room for a maybe “cellular” pain, altho this should be either counted as nociceptive or the 3rd new category we fall into.
