ACTIONS ➔ PAINS: Managing to stand well & long in the morning, but getting a stiff back due to not stretching enough: A quick twist-stretch does the trick. I’ve never realized how stiff my back can get and that can make it harder to bend down & get up. No GI any more. Hands hurt while cycling slowly downhill , bit better after stretching .

Development
Jab-sfx: Haven’t been keeping too tight note on these of late, just writing 1-2 symptoms down as they become more conspicuous (again). But I still haven’t been able to transgress the 30% mark of physical activity back to 40%, altho most don’t seem that conspicuous to me any more. If I compare once again to the list of jab-sfx here JayCS’s Fibro Blog - #615 by JayCS, quite a few have decreased, but I still have 1-7, 11, and partly 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 25, which is 14 of 25 (21 of which were there on day 12 and long following). A new one is not being able to focus my eyes properly a lot of the day. And my tongue just started up at 3:00. Looking here again ALA seems to be better at .6g, however I’m taking the more bioavailable R-enantiomer. But still I’m trying 2x.2g now at 3:30.
Splashing cold water on my face at 5 instead of cold showering may have helped.
MCAS may be caused by mold. Airing and breathing exercises reduce mold amounts. There are certain areas of something like slight mold in my bedroom… So airing may be helping that. The whole flat had quite a few mold problems when I moved in…
Jab#2 or not?: A friend of ours phoned just to say he does NOT think it’s right for me to get another jab, it’s others who need to, to protect people like me. Problem is others don’t, and more importantly he can’t guarantee I won’t get it (esp. via my wife).
