Development
Jab-sfx: It often getting better in the evening and worse at night (histamine goes up by 3) would also be a sign of HIT/MCAS. But how come it got worse Friday afternoon/evening? :face_with_monocle: But better Saturday evening, for instance.
Research-search today:
This functional therapist (who maybe wants to make money, but discloses a lot) says breathing in the mornings…! And rewiring the mast cells using the “right form” of yoga, meditation and breathing.
Decided to look for forums, but can’t find any. Ben’s Friends does have livingwithmastcell, but not active, and it’s actually for mastocystitis, a rarer form.
But looking for forums I keep reading that certain triggers are normal, which I can’t say I have, not even necessarily food… hmm…
