v2: 18:50 Some energy & strength, but dead tired. Bed earlier? Or do less? No crash, but also not sustainably cracked it yet…
v1: 9:05 Sleep may have deep parts, but not really ‘better’ from the jab as I thought. Quite some activities, but at the limit, which still seems higher tho, definitely not a crash.

SLEEP (click for details): 9h29, up 6x (43') ✅, but ➔ Feeling 70% well, Ache 2 of 7 ❌, waking up: 70%/3 ❌- nose, nausea, awake quite a bit. The 2 acupressure points worked a little, but not particularly well, try some other ones, or it's still histamine.

Doing all physical ones 1-6 (6 = itchiness: acupressure seems to help), supps 7-10 + 12. Haven’t tried 11 recently. Wasn’t nec. today. Waiting for 13-17(GP), wondering about 18. Docs: Tried 20, waiting (GP) for the rest. Don’t need to repeat the following days, made a long list for the GP. Only reminder for trying nux vomica.
#24 “EoE”: This doc about dysphagia is a gastroenterologist, that’s probably where I should go again. He says please take it seriously. Whether I take meds or not, praps I should get it looked at again more closely, or they can help me clarify whether that has to do with histamine too, e.g. by exclusion of anything else.
Jab-sfx: I felt slightly better today, so did slightly more. Result is getting really tired and fatigued, incl. brain fatigue = fog by 16:00, altho I’d lain in 9h30 last night. 18:30: Trying 1g of D-Ribose for energy now, altho it’s a bit late, slowly time to get into bed mode? 19:50 After 30’ to shop, bought 30kg of food and could walk upstairs with all of it at once, so energy & strength is OK, but dead tired, only the fresh air. What if the remaining feverishness is again tiredness, like it was when I hadn’t got it under control, so I need to get my sleep earlier or nap.
