v1: 12:00 slightly better? “15%” - I’m scaling more in absolute terms than in relative terms e.g. 80% of 20% (see “Activities”), so why not put that in a % if possible. More for the daily changes - for the hourly changes still the relative ones(?)

Jab-sfx: Well: Blue lips all day… & managed 2x TT. But quickly fatigued from hoovering. Let’s see what all the doc appts will bring - gastro for my esophagus next week & 1-2x allergologist after that…
Research-search today:
Found a very informative site about DAO, original entries from 2014, but comments after, up to 2020, and answering a lot of my questions, now my NATURDAO has just come. As the HDU-number goes mine is apparently extremely potent, whether my blood-DAO-level is low or not seems pretty irrelevant for the gut levels, and taking it pretty shortly before eating and then eating inside of 45’ is best for the poster. Altho I can’t say my histaminey symptoms are food related, e.g. the sinuses start up at night and there isn’t much fluctuation at daytime…
