Supps (Feb 12th: 31): Supp costs: ~344€/m, reduced by reducing CoQ10 & stopping Sr. Plus starting up vit. C., minus a few I'm now re-ordering which I haven't subtracted. CHANGE: NAC at "21:00", to help induce sleep, and vit. C at morning meal, for less stomach trouble. ALA (and pine bark when it comes): later, before getting up, as it increases alertness. Choosing CoQ10/ubiquinone instead of ubiquinol and keeping under 150mg/d because the studies show that's better for lp(a), and for now reducing the ubiquinol dose to 1/day as it's the more potent form. My honokiol isn't that good a product, contains stearate rice powder & gelatine, need to improve that, if possible (may not be), same goes for rhodiola: maltodextrine & stearate. Starting arginine soon. Magnesium malate is sposed to be good for waking, glycinate for sleeping. The latter isn't true for me I don't think. But I'll stop the malate in the evenings now (19:00). Jab-sfx/MCAS/antihistamine: Specks of GABA sublingually for sinuses!?
Dry mouth/lips/thirst will be the antihistamine, as praps any headache, also better sleep. Actually somnolence & fatigue aren’t worse than before the antihistamine. And its still helping better sleep. However the pain today at TT is like before the antihistamine, but evenings quite good, considering standing and making music for 1.5h after freezing on a 45’ slow cycle-walk.

Lessons in self-care #221 Brilliant quick reaction breath-holding after the rage about the sawn off tree, I think that helped my wife too to realize that we need to channel our anger, but not let it get to our health. Have to watch out for sleep tonight, it’ll probably come up then again, even tho that won’t change much, as we have already planned several apt consequences & modes of action.
