2022-03-02, Wednesday 15-20% - up due to yesterday’s acupuncture! Problem was just that I couldn’t sleep well for several reasons and also didn’t know what level of activity is OK

Jab-sfx/MCAS/antihistamine: Bit of sinuses in the afternoon could’ve been from tiredness.
’Research’ today: Lots of fw. I think too much, but got some posts off my chest.
Lessons in self-care #238 Mustn’t beat myself up today: Acupuncture disallowed cold showering, and I did everything else to at least get pseudo-sleep and take a short power nap too… and that caused some lack of self-discipline, but I still did get lots of things done, just not “satisfactorily”, i.e. perfect enough.
Reasons to be cheerful #246 I’m still surprised about the effect of the acupuncture.
