ACTIONS ➔ PAINS: 22:10 sudden sore throat, then realized I’d been wearing only 4 pairs of socks instead of 5… talk about oversensitive Back keeps hurting, grabbed a homeopathic cream (Schuessler 4) I’d no idea about if it can help, but that seems to have helped better, twice, than arnica cream or massage gun. Might be clever to look it up, esp. as a quick look on the web says it’s good for skin. Did: In my book copy it doesn’t say anything about skin… Oh well, I don’t care - it seemed to help. Pretty much gone at last. Zero tolerance!

Allergologist today, with a bit of a wait: Re-confirms MCAS and that further diagnostics won’t help me. Thinks there is such a diagnosis and that it fits to me. Didn’t really think low histamine would help, pleasantly surprised that I feel it does, also that the rupatadine as well as GABA is definitely helping, and that I’m trying the other supps like vit. C, quercetin, luteolin. Was once on the phone for 45’ with Molderings without being able to get a word in between. But thinks docs like Afrin and Molderings probably need to be a bit nutty to get the word out. Gave me the acupuncture script, so I can go there today.
Chinese Acupuncturist - today: Listened, altho I did have to explain a lot, and had the feeling I had to explain it in very simple terms, altho she is a doc (senior doc, Chinese), but she did the all the right TCM stuff: tongue, my different pulses and hand on belly. Kept the amount of needles down to about 12, took the one that hurt too much out (forehead), came to watch when my right arm had a tremor for 5 minutes, and afterwards I didn’t have any pain much, except the inside ligament under my left knee, which I could treat myself (acupressure and stretches), whilst the fatigue went down, energy up, just pretty big Ache was left. Next appointment on Thursday…
