Development
I’ve taken off “HOW DO I LOOK?” as a category, since I almost always look tired and pale, and the ‘white lips’ would seem to be Raynaud, so indirectly relevant, but not directly. But I can still get “minute points” every time I check.

12:05 nothing has helped the burnt tongue. Strong pee urge at 11:00, bladder pain now. Fatigue still OK, despite a lot of music work, however more sitting today, up to now.
