2022-03-07, Monday 10% - overdid :ping_pong: 3 games, pain up from 3 to 5, but fatigue OK - again acupuncture decreasing the fatigue, I think. Trying to get used to the pain. :face_with_monocle:

9:00 cancelled dentist… interesting experiment in wake-sleep: to test if I was sleeping I tried several times to imagine where I live now and where I used to live, and I wasn’t able to, around the 5th or 6th time I managed via now imagining the place, but the address, and then I could picture, but only roughly, what the front looks like… dunno what that counts as: lucid dreaming, sort of?

Development

Jab-sfx/MCAS/antihistamine: Burnt tongue tip again. Most of the morning. I was thinking about saying it’s not the hazelnuts, but just the jab, but actually it might be those after all. Or is it the apple sauce? But here it says that’s OK: Grocery List- Low Histamine Diet – NAUGHTYLITTLEMASTCELLS and it’s not on the SIGHI list either. 15:10 tongue is hardly burning, I’ll now try apple sauce, no problem, then pumpkin seeds, then aloe vera (burns on the tongue a bit): 17:50 still hardly not burning, 18:20 now it is a little, altho I haven’t eaten, just drunken some almond milk; but I’ve been doing that all the time, it’d surprise me if it’s that…
Why have I got a wide red stripe on my left hand, which doesn’t hurt at all to touch?
Jemima asked me about luteolin for brain fog, which has made me realize that I am more alert now than a few months ago, e.g. I’m clearly winning almost every table tennis game, however bad my pain, stiffness & fatigue are. I also started 5 other new supps (EGCg, ellagic acid, feverfew, honokiol, silymarin) at the same time, however they have much less evidence for fog. Increasing ginkgo and GABA which are both definitely good for alertness, can’t have made that much difference,

’Research’ today: Looked up the 5 new supps and also proprioception, my ‘muscle sense’, which has got worse of late, did a finger-on-nose-eyes-closed-test which didn’t go well, and saw that vit. B6 can increase this. Doing the test quick works fairly well, but I’ve decided to stop the B6 as it’s only to support GABA, and a bit for sleep, and that’s not necessary.

Lessons in self-care #243 Testing how far I can go with less fatigue, but the pain is now 3-5 all the time, so I’ll ask the acupuncturist to focus on that.
