v2: Up: 90%/1, back ex. and then 5’ of 7’ workout: limit there. 14:00 This may not feel “safe” yet, but it’s definitely much better!
pseudo-“80%”! → v1: evening (Tuesday) after 20:00 - fatigue suddenly hardly existent, at 22:00 I can move perfectly again without the least resistance, feels like “80%” physical activity, altho of course it would break down after 10-20’ at the latest . This is the first time after the 2nd jab, 40 days after it, whilst it happened several times after the 1st jab. 23:00 down to pseudo-“70%”.

ACTIVITIES (aim: 40%) ➔ ACHE: Evening when the fatigue went down: 80%/1 (still sighing/shortbreathed). Night good. Back exercises first thing, then even a 5’ workout, but not more, OK-ish. TT 0:4, but only a bit of pain towards the end, no fatigue, no stiffness! ➔ 80%/2
ACTIONS ➔ PAINS: neck? GI? I’d overseen this: Today my stiffness is pretty much gone st0-1, showing that it’s been up to st3-6 along with the fatigue.

This like the longer time for the jab sfx to develop might imply that it will take 3-4x longer than the jab-sfx of the 1st jab (where I progressed from 10% to 30% in 72 days). Let’s see how long it does take. At least it suggests the fatigue is again histamine and the effect will decrease during the first part of the night and be back down again tomorrow, which would again suggest not to stop the antihistamine as originally planned. Alternatively this is an effect of the acupuncture… that I’ll see tomorrow…

13:00 After helping someone 30’ and 4x TT 45’ I’m still OK, so it seems to’ve been the acupuncture and isn’t just a normal ebb of histamine!
14:00 Starting to feel feverish-tired around eyes and arms. That continued along with feeling unmotivated to do any activity… don’t know why… warmer weather? No tongue burning or anything like that today.
Fibro & Touch: Practicing touching regularly, trying to make the most of it, not too long, but regularly. Touch has of course partly got tougher from the MCAS, e.g. showering.

Chinese Acupuncturist - Tuesday 22nd: Remained bad until the histaminey evening. If that’s gone tomorrow it “was” the walnut, if it isn’t it “was” the acupuncture…Did I say yesterday that she did a further almost 20 needles down my spine, instead of cupping my back. And the time before she realized that I was getting allergic symptoms. What I need to explain to her tomorrow is that this fatigue is likely mainly an allergic reaction. 14:00 Tired and more and more unmotivated to do some activity, but why, if I have energy?
