MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: Sinus/headache pain due to stopping the rupafin. Acupuncture in there seemed to help a bit, but started again soon afterwards, getting worse at 15:00. Maybe need to keep GABA up, and not down…? First take eat and take the next GABA, bit late at 16:00. Sinuses still there all day. And sposed not to take rupafin? Then at least GABA I spose.

Chinese Acupuncturist - Thursday 24th: Report to her: “Last time a great 24h with more energy, less fatigue & stiffness, but suddenly very tired after that, even tho I’d kept my activity down (5’ workout and 4xTT was the most, nothing else). Sinus/headache pain due to stopping the rupafin last night, only a little skin burn/itch the last 2 days, loose stools this morning. Starting: stiffness down, but quickly exhaustible, no workout like yesterday.” Today: Almost 20 needles left & right of spine again: afterwards stiffness & fatigue down, energy fairly good, but again feverish; plus needles on sinuses, which seemed to help first, again about 40 needles, absolutely no pain from after they were in, like last time, so keeping the rupatadine off now. However sinuses starting up at 13:50 already, and maybe the “feverishness” is also an allergic reaction.
