SLEEP (click for details): 9h29, up 4x (41') ✅ (longer breaks 'deliberate'), but ➔ Feeling 70-80% well, Ache 2 of 7 🧐, getting up: 80%/2 🧐. And hauled a bit of yesterday's sleep in, altho 20' was only dozing.

ACTIVITIES (aim: 40%)ACHE: ?70%/3 Haven’t written it down, but I’ve been doing 2-4h of music production incl. singing, which means standing. 3-4h music today too. Standing too long, too few breaks, hypering, tough! Even fibro-forum-work today standing a lot. Need to sit/exercise now. Long phone call a bit strenuous but also OK. 80%/2 :face_with_monocle:. After that lots more lying down.

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: Can’t be sure the green beans yesterday didn’t contribute to the histamine-y reactions Friday morning. This evening’s test: 20 hazelnuts. Burnt tongue feeling after these and apple sauce. But not that bad. At night: bit of tongue, nostrils & dry mouth.

Covid-danger: People at my wife’s work probably have CoV, so we’re separating for this week. I could go to a room in another flat, but I think it might work out in our one, as I’ve taken all my stuff out of the shared rooms (bathroom & kitchen). It stresses her tho, so I might be going over at least for the daytime, like tomorrow. Of course you know me: I’m not scared of CoV, I’ll take it like everything else in my stride, if necessary. But I’m not gonna shout for it, you can bet on that. Physical distancing, airing and mask wearing indoors nearer each other, but I feel strangely totally accustomed to it, that was different a year ago.
