And I’d put some fresh rosemary in my raw veggies, much too spicy! I doubt it’s the baked beans, since I haven’t had problems with green beans and pre-MCAS didn’t have problems with baked beans at all either (just certain bean types like broad beans). All full of histamine. See how my night goes… :face_with_monocle: First sniffing, at 22:15 3 sneezes, but that could alternatively due to my wife airing like mad in the evening to get what she calls heat out of the flat… Bit burning skin at night, 2:00. Bit of sinuses at 7:45.

Chinese Acupuncturist - #18 on 17th :face_with_monocle:. (Sleep & +25% GABA helping.) #19 on 27th. My chart of sleep (brown) vs. energy (red) in relation to acupuncture sessions (blue) seems to show that sleep and energy are directly associated and not inversely. Maybe it would be interesting to backlog sleep to the begin of the acupuncture, I was thinking it wouldn’t be… It supports my idea that acupuncture was only increasing cortisol, so I’m still having to counteract that by using more GABA, for everything, and back to full passiflora, for sleep.
