SLEEP (click for details): 7h30, up 4x (1h45) ✅/❌, ➔ Feeling 70-80% well, Ache 2 of 7 ❌, getting up: 70%/2-3 ❌ Long break, probably due to not cold showering cos of acupuncture. Gotta sort out whether that's really necessary! Cold showering in the morning before acupuncture didn't help. But also should have taken the 5th passiflora at 0:50, esp. since I went to bed earlier. Good break management & discipline though, no time wasting.

Fibro & Touch: :white_check_mark:. Bit of touch is OK, but I want to be left alone a lot, and prefer no talking, meeting etc.
Covid-danger: :white_check_mark: Not out much and almost everyone in the shops was masked.
Fog: :cross_mark:. Interesting how it’s best for me to be alone, just typing on my laptop, but outside interaction, like listening to anyone (son on phone, wife etc.) costs lots of energy or isn’t well possible. And for typing I need to see (and for music hear) but my eyes are “half”-shut all day today and since Tuesday.

Docs:
Chinese Acupuncturist - #21 on 9th :white_check_mark: (Sleep & +25% GABA helping.) Still seems OK. Not cold showering was probably the cause of the long sleep break: Is it really necessary? Next appointment #22 on 21st. However it’s not mainly this that is masking the effect of the acupuncture, it’s most Tuesday’s allergist appt., coupled with work stress.
