Rough night, esp. from an MCAS-histaminey flare (burney itchey torso & arm skin, hot flash) but the cortisol from sleeping much too little is making me feel quite OK - gotta keep it toned down and go to bed earlier tonight.

Skin burning and prickling After my long sleep break, my body had cooled and calmed down and I felt very comfortable snuggling in, whether sleep or no. However my 'muscles' (al over?) vibrating, praps a little *too cold? Eye mask: The pressure causes slight pain in my left eyebrow, which to me confirms the old alternative health practitioner diagnosis of trigeminus rather than the neurologist suspicion of cluster headache. Feeling the exact spot it's not where I once got a gash from a fist, to the left (lateral), but in a small recess/dent more to the right (central)

But what about fatigue? 6:00 itchy burning skin on arms, esp. right. 9:20 again, a bit different, after I’d just snuggled in to try a last sleep stint. Also itchy burning and a bit of sinuses, but I did wanna know: still a bit of baked beans again, is it really them? Can’t imagine what else.

‘Research’ today: Yesterday: In an MCAS-video on HU a doc said a gluten-free plant-based diet lacks methionine. But I’ve found that’s no problem for me, because firstly I’m not completely gluten-free, secondly I do sometimes use cow, goat and sheep products, and thirdly I have quite a amount of foods high in methionine.
