Remember one small focal seizure yesterday at 17:45, after 1st stint of cajon playing!: So is that cortisol too??
And cortisol now seems to work on me praps a bit like cocaine would… short energy flash and then long bad, sour & bitter… just not quite as bad, and better control. Hangover I’d said before. Depends of course on the drug, but energy flash and feeling good may be compared best to cocaine or amphetamine - no idea.

SLEEP (click for details): 8h20, up 6x (2h) ✅, but ➔ Feeling 80% well, Ache 2 of 7 🧐, getting up: 75%/2-3 ❌ (forced up by a strange stomach problem). The long 1.5h break may have been lack of discipline, but also sparked by not feeling well, better due to the break. It felt OK and I could otherwise sleep well without help of Yoga Nidra etc.
