As I tolerated cheese yesterday evening after taking 2 DAO, I should try 1 DAO again, to make sure.

But what about fatigue? 21:30 Sinuses starting up a bit, skin OK - cheese after 2 DAO till around 20:30. No problem. At 15:45 a bit of burning in underarms etc., not much idea what from yet.

Psychotherapy: Firstly we agreed that I don’t need to call my work-life-balance into question, as even a project as ambitious as the event I’m organizing at the moment is rewarding. She actually recommended trying to explain to all colleagues how I am. Wow. Big 'un. Her example was my “10% of what I was once able to do”. Which surprised me, cos I thought this was a pretty difficult way of putting it. She agreed, but said those who don’t understand that will hardly understand properly anyway… I’m not sure if it’ll make a difference, since most of my colleagues are compassionate. And I’m not sure if my wife agrees. Or who might help me find the right words - I’d need to write it in an incidental mail to “everyone” (or praps “everyone involved” in a certain project of mine.)
For those that will never understand I need to a few tricks: To interpret whatever an aggressor is throwing at me as a statement about themselves: In this case the words that hurt were that a certain part of my organization plan was daft/barmy, another very irritating and altogether it had lead to a great deal resentment with several of the persons I was doing it for. Re-interpreted this would mean that a lot of feelings of daftness, irritation and resentment were in him, praps that everything is daft for them at the moment.
Next bag of tricks was that I develop images using my power of imagination: Something like a flexible semi-permeable egg shell (or pyramid) around me for protection. A quick snappy umbrella for emergencies. And as I am ‘a believer’ a golden halo setting me outside the situation, something like the “magic” protective coat Mary was believed to have in the first centuries - I’d prefer Grace. Which reminded me of the power and protection of prayer which I’d been neglecting.
Next session when I need it.
Chinese Acupuncturist - #22 on 21st :face_with_monocle: (Sleep & +25% GABA helping.) Next appointment #23 on 30th - she’s preferring to keep longer spacings of about 9-10 days, so skipping one week. As often very uncomfy breathing thru the mask for over an hour, whilst lying both on back with pillows and twist-stretched on side/front was OK. In the second part I now always use a finger to keep the mask off of my right ear which hurts if they’re not worn out enough. I do feel better afterwards, like hoped, but also very knackered, like often.
Most importantly she said in this warmer weather it should be OK if I cold shower in the evenings after the session. Phew!

My old rhodiola is still not available, but found a good substitute product and ordered that. Funny how too much self-optimization can be criticized, people wanting to improve their bodies etc. all the time, whilst I’ve had to self-optimize all of my life to become fairly happy and now to have at least a little quality of life…
