SLEEP (click for details): 8h15, up 4x (1h25) + 15' doze ✅, but ➔ Feeling 80% well, Ache 2 of 7 🧐, getting up: 80%/2 ❌, 3 cold showers helped sleep! I tried 1x50mg 5-HTP with a meal once again (at least 4th time I think) didn't do anything at all for it, praps made it slightly harder to wake up in the morning, and probably numbed my hands and arms for an hour. Amazing how the 2nd cold shower at 2 brought on a 3.5h sleep stint, and even the 3rd at 6 another 2.5h sleep stint!

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x:. Praps try avocado, olives, vinegar, mustard and soy/tofu again? But what about fatigue? Belly bloating & discomfort like yesterday evening, both times before eating again, so I’d say from something before, which would both times be the olives I ate at around 15:00, today it was 4. So went down to 2 olives in the evening. At night (1:00) a bit of very slight skin burning, which might be the heat tho. In the evening an oat butter alternative and an einkorn bread (an ancient wheat type with gluten), hard cheese and soft goat cheese… so lots of risks… But: No further problems at night, no nostrils and sinuses, but in the afternoon till evening, altho I’d only eaten 3 olives at 14:00??

Supps June 16th (28 supps): Supp costs:~325€/m (Jun 16th) Reading recommendations by Rodger Murphree, esp. about 5-HTP for sleep as a fundament, I thought I'd try it once again. To reduce side effects with the evening meal, and only 50mg, the lowest dose. However it didn't help sleep at all, rather it numbed my arms and hands upon waking and when getting up properly I was dizzy and numbed in my head for a while, so even at that small dose a bit of harm and no good at all! Same as the last times I tried it.... CHANGED: 5 (sometimes 4) passiflora & 5 GABA, first at 19:00, all ones that were out are back, Fev as of 12th, P5P a bit later, EGCg 15th. GI harder from something, maybe EGCg. My old rhodiola is still not available, but found a good substitute product and ordered that. DOUBLED: both magnesiums, & pine bark to 2 for energy, & B2 to 4x0.05g as my product has less, & magnolia/honokiol to 2 in the *evenings for sleep (12th). DAO seldom, but need to be more careful. ‘Research’ today: No. Except half-life of 5-HTP again, but half-life of 2.2-7.4h doesn’t mean it’s out of my body by waking up time and also doesn’t mean it doesn’t have any further effects.
