2022-08-05, Friday - Energy 20% / Sleep 90% / Feeling 80%-ish

New tool: Temperature drop outside of >15°C, inside of about 6° due to my wife wanting to air all the heat out. (She forgot how much pain that would cause me… The shirt is nearer than the coat. :smirk_cat: Had white lips from the cold. However…) Aside from staying in my un-aired warm room… It made me think up a new strategy for temperature drops: Cold showering and then putting long johns and a thick jacket on, moving around until I overheated, then hot water bottle on my feet, cos they were still cold.

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x:. Allergy reaction to some food at 14:00, I think it was too old raw veggies cut either yesterday or praps day before, in fridge, but still. Cold shower helped against the burning & the weakness, esp. faintness & partly the but later at 18:00 I also got sinus burning.

However hazelnuts aren’t on most lists, as opposed to chocolate so I definitely need to do further trials!: 12:30 p5! :x::x::x: (wasn’t sure tho it this was different, there seemed a bit of gut involvement, but stools fine and it seemed to radiate from the bladder. I had to vibrate-massage it for 10’ and put hot water bottle.
