2022-08-09, Tuesday - Energy 25% / Sleep 90% / Feeling 85%-ish
Tried go get tingling as stim and sleep enhancer not only into my hands, but also jaw and back of head, and partly managing that remembered that these are similar to “pleasure” sensations I used to get, e.g. while someone like my dad was doing something for me.
Looked up acupressure points for stomach burning / acidity / heartburn: ehowhealth (2 similar) and Liebscher & Bracht, each with acupressure points exactly where I thought, but also 1 more idea each - first try seemed to help.
Once I’ve clarified if I can find a food trigger for my painful bladder syndrome, I can try acupressure for it too.
If I get up and my eyes/face are still tired, then it seems successful to go lie down again, whether sleeping or drowsing till that’s gone, instead of getting up and zombie-ing around. So it’s often now been the case that I cold shower in the 2nd from last sleep break, sleep 2h, then wake up with tired eyes so dose another half hour or so.
Driving (being driven) away from home I found several tricks to make the trip easier: ear plugs to reduce the stress from noises, radio etc., lying twisted to the holm with face (all sinuses) in my elbow which was poked into a window angle to stop the breeze from air condition or open window getting too me. Nausea remained a bit of a problem, but OK.

Development
My theory/theories about fibromyalgia??
Well 1) first of all and mainly I “know that I don’t know”. And I also think no one knows anything much, although they claim to, none of the researchers.
2) that it will be very complex and diverse, so probably impossible to find out without machine learning.
3) that researchers (or these machines) would come closer to the various mechanisms by listening very closely to all the details of our symptoms and our daily successes and failures with triggers and treatments.
4) that there will be major aspects yet to find, undiscovered details in the (gut micro-)biome, the neurotransmitters, nerve mechanisms etc.
5) that there will be a central and also peripheral nervous system /( nerve aspect, an immune and autoimmune, maybe connected with the thyroid, a cellular ATP/mitochondria aspect, neurotransmitters / hormones like serotonin & dopamine, neuroendocrine, and the insomnia aspect, that they may find a certain kind of “injury” of a minute kind, that is as yet undetectable.
6) Maybe it will be some day found that these aspects will show a) various subgroups, or/ but also praps that they are all deeply related, either that it is a kind of body burnout on b) various levels or c) that these levels are actually closely interconnected neuro-endocrino-immuno-inflammo-pathy at a deeper level.
