2022-08-10, Wednesday - Energy 5(-7)% / Sleep 75% / Feeling 60%-ish (away from home (30 miles), day #2)
Yesterday my fatigue & limb-Ache increased towards the evening right up to a short seizure at about 20:00, today energy between extremely low, increasing slightly in the evening, but still with nausea when moving, like directly after the jabs.
Acid acupressure points under sternum working pretty well. Still the wrist point and the Liebscher-Bracht throw-down to come.
Today’s symptoms sorted by the ACR 2016 criteria
Widespread pain, WPI = 12 of 15 areas: limb-Ache 8 (40%-30%, stiff 20%-15%) + spine-pain 3 (40%), shoulder-girdles/hips 1 (20%-10%), also eyes & face.
Symptom severity, SSS = severity 9 of 12: Fatigue 3 (95-93%), insomnia 3 (25%), fog 2 (50%), headache 0, GI 1 (10%), depression 0

SLEEP (click for details): 9h20, up 9x (2h05) ✅, but ➔ Feeling 70-90% well, Ache 3-1 of 7 🧐/❌/✅, getting up: 80%/1 ❌/✅. Bad start (back, shoulder& itchy scalp, but tackled those successfully in a long break (exercises, then hair wash and dry), and had to move rooms and go back to sleeping on the floor with a thin mat, cos everything else was hurting, then realized I need a FCS fast cold shower already, after many 1h stints, finally 2 1.5h ones and a 15' one to wake up.

. When I wondered if my enormous fatigue is due to mould in this centuries old building, my wife held against it, thought I’d done too much yesterday, plus the trip. However I didn’t feel it was that much: Grass 10’, rummaging 20’, shopping grocery 20’, carrying luggage 5’. and the car trip went well. If it were mould then praps being outside more might help my state?
