. As it’s not getting any better, it does seem to be the environment/building (mould? can’t be dust) and not the trip. OK, this Friday evening it is a bit better, after a 30’ walk this afternoon another 40’ walk in the evening. Anything like taking photos or going too fast starts me going nauseous again. That’s something MCAS-ey I haven’t been mentioning under this subtitle the past few days.
