Interesting that I'm sleeping so long again, often >9h, that was the case last time we were here too. The fact that my wife is sleeping longer too may be due to her needing to catch up on sleep, so not comparable.

Bladder problems are decreasing while my quercetin is decreasing, running out, haven’t got a new tub with me. Took one last quercetin at 22:00 - can that explain pee pain at 1:35 and 4:35? Let’s see what happens tonight. Apart from that I’ve also run out of my gluten free muesli since a few days, and since yesterday drinking more water than almond milk cos that’s running out too, but that wouldn’t explain the reducing bladder pain before that, I’d even have expected more bladder problems from water, that was the reason for stopping it in the first place…
Focal seizures: Fairly severe one at 15:00 while eating, with jaw muscle involvement for the first time, caused by a fright when my wife burnt herself and smashed a tray with a plate on it on the kitchen table. During the shaking of my right hand and arm as usual, praps a bit more, the left jay muscle opened my mouth.
