Successes:
:trophy: Only 2 sleep breaks, all time record (but dosing a lot towards the end, probably too late overall)
:trophy: Not mould, but the damp and cold in the old buildings triggered last week’s flare.
:trophy: Neck stiff & flexible simultaneously pointed me to twist-massaging different muscle groups.
Learnt:
:student: Mindfulness is part of radical acceptance and the psychological concept has deep rooted origins in Buddhism and a bit in Western philosophy and religion too. Explains why I was so familiar with it.
