SLEEP (click for details): 9h02, up 9x (2h19) 🧐✅ ➔ Feeling 90% well, Ache 1 of 7 ✅, getting up: 80%/2 ✅. Nostrils 30% stuffy 90% of the night. Almonds for burning stomach due maybe to alcohol in umckaloabo for the slight sore throat. Why so late again?

Not sure of strategy now, my skin isn’t taking the cold showers too well, burning a bit. The almonds are increasing the jaw pain, so got to get that down again. Doing some easy fw tho now, hoping to get down and tired again. Then Yo/Ni once again, I bet about an hour up to now. OK 30 mins.
6:01 40’ 90%/1/10% (p0) st1 2sip fw1’ 6? - off chance. Nope, still not tired. But cold, so hot water bottle. I can now move quickly without nausea. Dunno how long of course. Feeling too little GABA, so taking some on the tongue plus a bit more - 200mg.
8:58 15’ 90%/1/10% p0 st1 sip fw1’ air Realized it had been much too little GABA, less than half a capsule, so 2x250mg, down from 2x600mg. Taking the 200mg, plus a bit, maybe 50mg, in the mouth, which I spat out, has now given a >2h stint, feeling slightly drugged again, so I hope I can do even more. But B2-4 and stools calling. Still feeling energized tho!

Supps Sep 5th (32 supps): Supp costs:~364€/m (Sep 8th) CHANGED: Added B2 again from 10th on. Copper doesn't seem necessary if my cardio interpreted my bloods right. From 8th on I'm adding the olive leaf extract low (100mg) and slow (but +100mg daily, not weekly), also fisetin I think it was then. Boosting some things from 7th on for tooth. Trying 1x150mg alpha GPC for fatigue from Sep 5th (recommendation on a forum), can add a few when I'm safe. Pure ATP 400mg in liquid was bad, so at most I may encapsulate & start with less, 100mg.
