Widespread pain, WPI = 12! of 19 areas: limb-Ache 8 (30%, stiff 35%) + spine-pain 3 (15%), shoulder-girdles/hips 0 chest / abdomen / jaw 1!
Symptom severity, SSS = severity 10! of 12: Fatigue 3 (95%), insomnia 3 (15%), fog 2 (25-30%), headache 1!, GI 1 (20%), depression 0
I usually haven’t been counting the jaw inflammation as jaw pain, but today the right jaw I am counting.

Development

‘Research’ today:

Someone saying bananas don’t have much pesticides made me find out what exactly the “Dirty Dozen” is (apart from a 1967 war novel & film), which I’d seen in some good food buying videos by FlavCity with Bobby Parrish.

Trying to confirm it with tests I actually found that bananas can get pesticides: via the soil and thru the peel, see this study, altho it itself isn’t eaten, as not edible. The pesticides used there are also usually more toxic, bad for worker health. Fairtrade seems better. And do we remember to wash our hands thoroughly after touching the peel?!

Then in European tests, conventional potatoes like bananas usually don’t contain “too many” pesticides, there are many more others that do.

Whilst in the US, potatoes are #13 in the 2022 EWG Dirty “Dozen” list, after things like #1 strawberries, #5 apples and #12 celery, based on USDA test data. Whilst bananas are on the full list at #30, but still in the “yellow” category, so a bit “dirtier” than those on the 2022 EWG Clean Fifteen list (“blue” category), which has onions at #4 and sweet potatoes at #15. Which is #43 and #32 on the full list of 46, where #46 (avocadoes) is cleanest. Also products vary, e.g. certain “packaged potatoes” (it seems mainly “BPA free”) vary from 2 to 3 of 10 (= worst). Wegman’s organic sorts are all 2.4. Whilst I can’t find bananas as a fruit in the product details, so I assume they somehow don’t detail on sorts of unpackaged fruits and veggies?
