2022-09-26, Monday - Energy 10% / Sleep 85% / Feeling 80%-ish

Funny how I could activate quite a bit of energy for the gig yesterday evening, altho I was drained after, then rested intensely.
Successes: :trophy: Interesting bloods! Phosphate low and B6 high! That’s something I can research for, hypophosphatemia is the word… and needs supplementing phosphate.
:trophy: Trying whole body cryotherapy didn’t work, so no need to think about that any more.
Learnt: :student: Lots about blood, have to put that on tomorrow’s entry!
:ambulance: Checking how I can get Chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) for my lp(a) lipid, I could also increase carnitin from 3 to 4g/d.

Treatments

Tried whole body cryotherapy again today, was worse rather than better. No better energy. And whether 3 local pains came from that or from cold wet weather I don’t know, but I had a bit to do to get them down again quickly: Knee, clavicle and neck.
Docs:
Dentist again on 20th after treatment on 6th brought energy down for 8+ days… Pain down in a few hours this time (but only due to strict rest), however energy again down to 5-10%.
Chinese Acupuncturist - #29 on 10th, after 14 days :white_check_mark: Still good - would be 20-25% energy if it weren’t for the tooth treatments. Session #30 on 7th.

Supps Sep 20th (34 supps): Supp costs:~389€/m (Sep 20th) CHANGED: Sleep was similar tonight to yesterday night, despite no myo-inositol, as it's the "odd night", taking again tonight! I don't think eleuthero or alpha GPC are helping energy as much as glutathione. Myo-inositol seemed to lengthen & deepen sleep stints, I don't think apigenin or threonate did anything (I'm suspicious of the products however). Eleuthero, apigenin, and myo-inositol. Started threonate before the 21st, no difference to sleep. Glutathione diuretic when I take it, not when I don't, starts within an hour, so maybe decreasing the dose. Surprisingly increased energy after first(?) glutathione 19th at 3, so from 20th on at 9 and 3. Started flushing B3 from 17th, increasing without problems, probably 3x250mg/d by the 22nd, OK 23rd or 24th, additional to continuing flush-free, which may be helping increase this time. 4 Quercetin from 14th on. B2 from 10th, remember to halve from 24th. Started fisetin and olive leaf extract (Berg) low on 8th, full 750mg capsules by the 15th. 1x150mg alpha GPC from Sep 5th, more when safe. B3 2x from Aug 31st (then check homocystein). Pure ATP 400mg in liquid was bad, so at most I may encapsulate & start with less, 100mg. Development

‘Research’ today:
Looking up what my new bloods, like too low phosphate mean! (More on that tomorrow.)
Too high in blood: lp(a), B6, glucose, triglycerides, too low: leukocytes (thrombocytes), phosphate, HDL as ever, B2, CoV antibodies are there, but not high enough, copper is inside the limits, but at lower end.
So re-checking lipid reduction: How I can get Chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) for my lp(a) lipid, I could also increase carnitine from 3 to 4g/d. And need to read B3 up again, praps in the Momtazi 2019 study, cardio says we’ll just have to see if my heart changes, it’s fine today Dunno if the glutathione is helping the lipids too, in replacement of the NAC I don’t tolerate. Started mumijo again early today, 26th, it says do it for 3-4 weeks, then a break again…
Need to order theanine and CoQ10 again, but I can take ubiquinol instead of ubiquinone for the time being.
