Life is sometimes tough... but life is good!

This week I have accidentally eaten the dogs biscuit, been late to work twice because I couldn't remember if I put on deodorant... lost the keys that were hanging on a cord around my neck... was bit three times by fire ants.. Missed my turn no less than six times. Wanted to cry in HEB because my legs/hips/butt started hurting so bad I didn't think i was going to be able to leave. I was going to have to sit in the aisle and cry like a two year old, and I was OK with that! I also made an appointment with a new doctor and I'm very afraid. he replaced the one I have been going to at the clinic who got married and moved away and didn't give me a heads up.... and hear I thought that by giving me a pap smear we had a such a close relationship... pft. Now I don't know what I'm walking into. She was so good to listen to my nonsense and my real sense and even my not making sense when i was upset. Who will this man be, will he understand about fibro, or is this another wasted check on an under-educated physician. We will see... In addition I joined a gym, the only thing there I used this week was the hydro-massage table.. oh yeah! Also I met a woman working in my building who has fibro and has had hers under pseudo control for sometime. Which was fabulous. The labor day weekend is here and I'm so glad. I will hit the ground running with a smile on my face next week knowing that it may try but it can't put me down for long...

I love your attitude. I hope you have an incredible pain free week.

Kudos to you, dusty! What a hilarious week you’ve had - please know I was laughing with you!

Wish you the best of luck with the new doctor. Guess you’ll have to train him, maybe share a few dog biscuits with him! Thanks for putting a huge smile on MY face - you deserve a great week and enjoy the holiday weekend! hugs~ Sandi

Yes! Go Dusty! Keep looking UP!

LOL on the Fibro Fog moments, we ALL have them, believe me! BTW, how was the dog biscuit?

I hope you are blessed with a pain free week too... or at least a tolerable load.

Funny and courageous...I love to read posts like this. Way to go, Dusty...you're very impressive! Do you also work on cars?

Hugs,

Gordon

Nope, but I can hang sheetrock…very slowly!
