Hope you all had a good day yesterday, and managed to get through it without too much pain and fatigue.
I was busy, but did ok and loved the day....I have my son, his fiancé and my parents staying for a few days. I must have been tired as I slept for 7 hours last night.....amazing.....I usually manage about 4-5.
Having a quieter day today with my family.
Thinking of you all, and many thanks to every one of you that sent me good wishes too.
