Has anyone ever taken lexapro?? If so what kind of reactions did you have with it or did it help at all?

I was on Lexapro for a while, and it didn't do anything for me. But I have a lot of weird medication tolerances, some work too much and others not at all. I do know that Lexapro is one of the meds that has the least side effects, so that alone is what made me try it.

I have been on all “old school” antidepressant and the last being Prozac for about 7 years up until yesterday and my dr switched me to lexapro. I am extremely sensitive to different Medicines so I’m kind of weary about starting anything new. Today I finally got into the neurologist says my l4 & l5 disc are crushing together causing me even more pain because its pinching the nerves and making my leg useless. He started me on neurotin and naproxen and ordered CT of my back. Guess its just a waiting game… And I also start physical therapy Tuesday.
