New therapies?: LDN & cranical electrical stimulation (Alpha Stim)

I have been researching two newer therapies and would be very interested to know if anyone has experience with either one.

The first is low-dose Naltrexone, an FDA-approved drug for addiction recovery which, used in very low doses, seems to help some fibro patients and others with pain. Some doctors will prescribe it off-label because it is a cheap drug and no pharmaceutical companies have so far been willing to pay for clinical trials for this use.

The other is cranial electrical stimulation which involves very small amounts of electrical current --usually applied through ear clips -- to "rearrange" brain activity. The Alpha Stim device is the best known of these; it is often used for PTSD with depression.

Would love to learn more if anyone has tried these. Thanks!

I know we have several members who use LDN . If you go to the search box at the top you can find past post.

Thanks very much, PB. I did find some postings. Obviously, I am still finding my way around the site!
