There goes that fibro fog kicking in. Sorry bout that. It is a touchy subject for me as I have been judged before and learned to keep my big mouth shut.
i have worked in daycares in the infant room while on vicoden. i asked my director if it was ok and they said that as long as i could do my job and not make mistake or fall asleep i was fine to take the medication. as a childcare worker u can b drug dropped at any time for any reason so i always let them know if i was narcotics of any kind. as far as the drug test ask if they want a list of your meds before u take it cause that way when it comes up u wont have to explain yourself. my friend had a med that made it look like she was taking illegal drugs and it wanst from taking narcotics it was a heart med that she was taking that would show up that way. so just call and ask before u go u dont have to say who u r just ask them about the fact that u r on a pain killer that u know would show up as something else if they should have your med list ahead of time.
i dont think going to school is a waste of time. u may get to where u may have to work at home at some point but a degree is never a waste. so many jobs require a college education and u will earn more with one.
