I have a disability placard.. and I am trying to explain that im not medically disabled because im not collecting disability but i do use a walker and i cant walk alone and i am training a dog to help me so that i dont have to use the walker in the house since a dog is less bulky than that big bulky chair .. Help!?!?!

You do not have to get a disability check to be considered disabled. I love dogs are you training him yourself ?
