It's also good for our muscles! Very good! Just make sure you are taking a safe dose! I was going to take more calcium than recommended but my Chiro warned it could do heart damage, so ask a Dr or Pharmacist, and do your best to get a pharmaceutical grade, that means purity, no junk ingredients!

Magnesium and calcium are great to take together (in the appropriate doses), because if you only take magnesium, it can start to take away protein and strength from your bones. I have recently been taking magnesium and find that it really helps to relax me especially around bedtime.

All of my problems, I need magnesuim!

Thanks for posting this L-Kitty, I have been taking some magnesium and calcium but didn’t realize all the areas it affected. Not sure if it will affect my cravings for chocolate, but maybe, since I’ve just acquired it over the last five years hmmmm. Need to take a better look at the amount and talk to pharmacist when I’m in next time and see if what I buy is pharmaceutical grade.
