After visiting the neurologist, I have been approved for Botox injections to combat chronic migraine.
Have any of you had Botox and had good luck, or not so good luck? Any advice for a Botox newbie? Are there any other benefits of Botox other than easing migraine?
I’m hoping it will help to release some of the tension in the muscles of my head and face but I am not sure if that is a fair expectation.
A relative of mine had this done & it didn't do a Dadblasted thing for her. Her Neurologist wanted for her to get what looks like a Princess Leah looking crown but unfortunately the United States hasn't caught up with the rest of the Worlds new devices. The only thing that has helped me so far is 150mg Amatryptaline (which also helps me go to asleep). M
hi mb. my neuro suggested this to me since he knows i dont do well with drugs. He is doing my head , neck and shoulders, i can get it every three months. to be honest i am not sure if it is helping but i will give it a few more tries. i still have dull headaches but not to mirgrain level. so that is a good thing. all the best to you
