One of the biggest issues I struggle with is exhaustion. It's hard to get through the day withou...zzzzzzz.....what was I talking about? Oh yeah, being sleepy!
Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get some energy? Thanks in advance, it's nap time.
Someone suggest B complex, so I am giving that a shot. I'll give my opinion of it in after a few weeks. Caffeine is a such a given you kind of ignore it until you run across someone like Cyndrae who can't have coffee! Any others?
Hello, I try to maintain a routine sleeping pattern as much as possible. I do gentle stretching thru the day and make sure to get up and walk around every hour, preferably outside if weather is good. I stay well-hydrated by drinking a lot of water. I have cut down caffeine intake significantly and after my body adjusted I actually felt better. I also eat small protein snacks (such as nuts, granola, etc) thru the day to keep me going. Anyway, just some of the things I do. Hugs.
If you need it in a hurry and can't do caffeine, something sugary will give you some quick energy. I know that sugar is a no-no to many but thought I'd mention it as it works for me.
Winning the lottery would be another great pick me up but it would take an act of God to happen, LOL.
