FDA defines 'gluten free' for food labeling!

So now this is 'defined', and we won't have to guess if it is really free of gluten!

This is great that the FDA is going to watch those labels , hard to believe they are giving them a year to become compliant. I do not have celiac , but I can say since I watch my gluten and wheat I feel better.
And I do believe there is some link between gluten and autoimmune disease !!
