This flare started last eve after having a full month of feeling good. This morning I can't walk, pick things up, I haven't had this bad of a flare in at least a year. I hurt everywhere, my vicoden isn't hlping the gabepentin nor the muscle relaxers, what do I do? My pain with the meds is at a 10+
Something has triggered it . I would take a warm bath or shower And then plop on the couch and stay put . if you have a twin electric blanket , turn it on low and you have a all over heating pad .
