That would be the only way around it all. You'd have to grow and raise everything yourself.
I spent some time in farmland a few years ago. I saw firsthand what is shown in those documentaries, the genetically modified seed, pesticides use, the feed lots where the cows are pumped up with the bad corn and hormones, antibiotics. It's exactly as they explain it in the films. It was an eye opener.
I met some organic farmers too and those guys have to struggle harder because the government doesn't give them any subsidy for growing "good" food, gov'mt only does that for the farmer who will grow gmo crap that feeds the big industry and money makers. And the drug industry profits from all the sickness it causes. It's all about money. We've become cash cows for them.
