Hello,
Has anyone tried acupuncture to help Fibro symptoms?
Please let me know if it has worked for you and if any recommendation in the Miami area?

Hi, Ann.
I have an appointment coming up with an acupuncturist soon. It will be my first time. I am excited to see if it is helpful to me and I will share progress with it here. I know there are members here who have had positive experiences with it. You can also try searching acupuncture up at the top in the search field. As for your recommendation request, hopefully a member in your area will be able to direct you to an acupuncturist.

hi.. i did try acupuncture and it might have worked if i could have been consistent with it. Like going 2-3 x a week. I could not make it due to debilitating fatigue and other symptoms that kept me homebound.. I have heard many people who have tried it had some positive results.I am all for treatments that do not involve drugs. all the best.let us know how it goes if you decide to try it.

I am not trying to star a fight or argument. I do however urge you to please look into acupuncture before you do it. I am a guy who is very well grounded into science. I have researched a lot on this issue and I feel acupuncture is dubious at best. Please look into before you spend any money. Make you own judgment then decide if you wish to do it. Good Luck.
