I am sorry your about your achy knees. I truly hope you get some relief soon. I am ever so pleased to see so many of us get home and put on our pajamas. I do that religiously. I have found my knees are sore too, and my ankles and feet are swollen. I think this related to the weather of late and high humidity. I figure if my feet are swollen I bet my knee joints are too and that excess fluid makes them hurt. Just a thought. Are your knees generally achy or is this something new today? Well I've had a day off work today and been shopping with my mam and daughter now I am sat on the couch watching David Beckham lol. I get really bad pain on my kneecaps its wierd and my elbows feel like they burn off..Hope your doing good today xx
