High blood cell count

Hi, just a quck question. My recent blood work showed my leukocites being twice the normal, as well as some other indicators of infection. Is this something that fibro patients have?

I have had bloodwork done four times in the last 6 months. Everything was normal. I also have elevated calcium and iron. I don’t feel any different. Persistent leg, neck and hip pain, fatigue, headaches. Im also running a low grade fever.

They are checking me up for viruses,
It worries me that I feel the same I’ve felt for months

Any ideas guys?

I run a low grade fever all the time but I aiso have lupus. Sometimes I think when we first start getting sick we don't notice it because we feel so bad most of the time. I have low iron and calcium so I don't no about that. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for your feedback. I have a negative ANA so I was told no Lupus, I do have mouth sores and facial rash, but I was told- negative ANA - no lupus, no autoimmune
