For myself, I'm testing to see if gluten is a culprit. A lot of self-research brought up fascinating connections and a few "ah-ha!" moments for how I've felt before. Given that there are two other people in my household and I do most of the shopping and cooking, I'm stocking up on some gluten-free things to be able to do a test of going gluten-free for a few weeks. Until those supplies arrive, I'm noting what I eat and how my body's reacting. I had a pretty quick tummy problem after the multigrain scone this morning, so we'll see. But I can say that whatever the cause, I'm really tired of the gas, burping, abdominal pain, and assorted other issues. Really... Tired...
