Has anyone heard of or tried FibroSleep by Prohealth Inc.? It is suppose to be an all nature sleep aid. For anyone interested in reading up on this here's the link: I am thinking of trying it unless someone here has tried it and tells me it's no good.
typo "All natural sleep aid"...it's late! lol
You might also try Melatonin 5mg a night. Non prescription and when I take it I sleep like a rock 10-12 hours sometimes.
I would recommend taking it several hours before you want to go to bed. For me, if I take it when I go to sleep, I really do not want to wake up after 7 to 8 hours. If no one wakes me, I will sleep a solid 12.
I just Googled FibroSleep LINK and they are tossing in almost every recommended thing I have ever read about. There is nothing there that stands out as questionable and a lot that I would recommend. Many of those items I take separately.
Without even using it once, I would think about trying it. Looks like a 30 day supply for $25.99.using the smart savings club if it works for you.
I am ordering a bottle to try it for a month and make a report.
(NOTE) What works for one person may not work for another. So just because I say it worked for me or not, it may or may not work for you.
Hi PsyberTech...Thanks for your reply. I had heard of Melatonin on Dr. Oz...I have a prescription for Zopiclone and was taking 1/2 when needed. I've heard how those type of medication stops the natural process to secrete hormones which enables the body to heal on its own as well as repair cells. So that is why I was looking for another alternative that would be more natural. I agree with you after reading about FibroSleep it seems to have a lot of good things in it. I am going to try it...I don't feel I have too much to lose. I know different medications etc. do not always work the same for everyone and I'm glad you are able to sleep!! At the moment I am up 2 to 3 times a night...Sometimes it is to go to the bathroom, but once I'm up its hard to get back to sleep. I think if I was sleeping soundly I wouldn't wake up at all! Let me know if you try it and how it works for you. If you would like you can add me as a friend. Hope your day is going relatively well in the pain department! :) Sue aka Dreamcatcher
