Very funny today like after the first two jabs energy surges Friday evening, despite getting tired, probably histamine/cortisol and deep long sleep. Nice for a quick cycle to the shops…
Successes:
Taking apigenin too late may have postponed sleepiness.
Peeing more Thursday evening & frontal sinuses only Thursday morning implies too much GABA, so: reduce and later.
Regular bar hanging is improving and stretching my spine.
Maybe it’s the new supps / regular acupuncture that are taking the brunt off the jab this time.

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: Anti-histamine 4h before the vaccine. All the new supps & techniques seem to be helping better this time. Funny Friday evening getting an energy burst, haven’t had that since the last jab in February! Increased pee frequency without pain implies to decrease GABA, which is strange considering the histaminey sinus burnig I’d been having - but OK, that’s gone down now, so maybe I can reduce a bit in the mornings and afternoons when I didn’t have the sinuses anymore. Nice that sleeps getting better due to the antihistamine.
