Nausea out of the blue (exacerbated by looking at things) came from a “sun feeling”, like when sun gazing for my circadian rhythm
The concentration on deficiencies at the moment reminds me of where I started 2020 with Kuklinski’s protocol. But it’s cropping up, I’ve had big bloods done several times which didn’t show such deficiencies.
My lips are whiter in the mornings, before and after getting up independently of how cold I feel

‘Research’ today:
Yesterday and today I’ve been working on B2/riboflavin, cos of my deficiency despite hyperdosing it, which will be another problem for my energy aside from phosphate. But Chris Masterjohn says it seems if B2 supplementing isn’t working as in my case it can come from a small intestine problem meaning I should take the less bioavailable form of B2, the normal riboflavin as opposed to R-5-P
